About My Business

A long time ago I wrote a book based on training principals I have learned over an extended period of time in the field and through literature. The book sat on my computer for a very long time until I finally sent it off to a friend. She edited the book and here I am! The book actually became 3 handbooks. One focuses on getting a person ready to build their body to mirror that of an athlete's. The second one is a Nutrition Handbook. It is up to date on all the theories and foods that are currently in journals and magazines. It provides lists of foods to eat as well as menu templates to fill out for each week. The third book is motivational. It helps a person get focused and provides a stepping stone for beginning a diet. It's full of motivational quotes on each page as well. I'm writing more books so additional workouts will be available for customers who have purchased all of the books or want to get started with the new ones just to change what their doing as an active person.
