We cannot check each and every product in advance, and from time to time there may be attempts by certain parties to set up bogus product offerings, or offerings that might infringe the copyright or intellectual property of third parties.
 
Let me assure you that in such instances Plimus will take prompt steps to protect you and have the transaction cancelled and your payment refunded. In some instances we will have to verify the situation with the relevant vendor, in others were it is clear that some improper behavior has occurred, we should be able to resolve the situation more quickly.
 
Plimus runs a 24x7 customer support service and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or you believe that you have been cheated then you need to apply to our Buyer Support section giving full details of your order so that we can take steps to cancel.
