What I Need To Do To Make Sure Plimus Payout On Time?

Hi Guys!
I am new with Plimus and I have one question and wish for the answer!
As I know, Plimus will not pay out until 15th next month! What I need to do to make sure Plimus payout on time? The reason I am asking this because I am a reseller. I am using my own money to buy and resell it! If there are some reasons Plimus do not payout on 15th, my business will down and deep in debt. I need money to pay for my worker, customer service, supply, etc....

As I found on this forum, Plimus has hold some vendor funds but there is no specific reason, it is board. Some Plimus agents can answer this? Because it is very important to me! What I need to do to make sure Plimus payout on time! Thanks

Hello.

If you refer to your Vendor Agreement you will see the specific details of withholding part or all of your payment as a reserve. We must, in some cases, do this to protect ourselves from incoming chargebacks and refunds that would put the account at risk of going in to a negative balance. In these cases, we inform the vendor just prior to the `15th of the month after our finance team reviews the cases. Should we need to withhold a reserve fro you, you will be notified by email.

You can see your vendor agreement by logging in to your vendor account.

Please let us know if you need any additional information.

It could do depending on percentage rate of commission, and the amount at risk and the sum withheld.
At the risk of repeating myself the replies to your (very valid) questions are very much connected to the specifics of your business, and we can't give useful answers without knowing them. Please open a Vendor Support ticket and tell us about your plans and we should be able to be more helpful.
