Urgent email needs speedy reply

I sent an email with the words "Very URGENT" in the subject to vendors@plimus.com over three hours ago and still haven't received a reply. It concerns a very large license sale (five figures). I can't wait 24 hours for a reply. What can I do to speed things up???

Seems nobody's home!? Still no reply 24 hours later.

Perhaps 5 figure sales have no bearing on Plimus? I am truly surprised. This type of support hurts our reputation with important customers. They expect top quality support considering the importance of the purchase. Why is no one responding at Plimus?

Can't wait 24 hours? You are lucky if you get response so soon ;)
In some cases you might wait for a week or more, no matter what magic "urgent" words you put into request.
My last ticket was about promo products not adding properly to the shopping cart. Gave them nice working example how to test it. They've got back in around 2 weeks when those examples simply expired :)
With such response speed they might find not just contract expired but vendor gone along with his request.
