Report: New sales vs. recurring transactions

Hi,

I have recurring transactions for the most part for my business. Is there a report that will tell me how many new signups I had during a time period?

When I use the Sales reports, it includes recurring transactions for existing customers. What I'm looking to do is find only the new contracts that were *initially started* during a given period; that is, orders that were initially placed during that time period.

The BuyNow report seems to show other activity that includes visits to the order page that may not have resulted in an order being made.

How can I extract this information?

Hello Vinnie,

Unfortunately, we do not have a separate report at the moment to provide information on unique sign-ups for a given period of time.

I agree that this report could be very useful, especially for those selling products using mainly subscription scheme.

If you want to request such a report, please email our Vendor Support - vendors@plimus.com and submit your feature request.
