I'm a Plimus vendor for quite a long time and I'm really satisfied with service and system in a whole, but I've faced a little problem recently and seems like I still can't find the right answer.

There was a great amount of refunds this month. I thought it was a summary for several months but then found out that the money were taken from my account other months too for the same reason.
As Plimus told me, it was direct debit or something. But the reason of the amount of those chargebacks is still not clear for me.

I don't want to slander and I do respect Plimus Inc. and their work but I just wanted to find out whether you know anything about it.
