Questions on CD-on-demand
I went through the CD-on-demand tutorial [1] and have the following questions:
1. What do the CD's look like? Are they plain white or can we upload a color image for our CD's? We sell expensive products and its important that products like CD's present our brand professionally.
2. Is there any way to upload multiple files vs. a single file? We have CD's with lots of documentation. It would be very inconvenient for our customers to have to open up a huge zip file and search for a specific file or to have to install (via a single file setup utility) the full set of files locally on their hard drive in order to retrieve specific files.

CD on Demand Clarification
Hi there Malcolm,

2. We are shortly due to enable full color designs on CDs which will enable you to provide a more professionally-branded CD. If this is urgent for you please send me a personal message with your email address and I will send you the relevant details so that you can take advantage of this new service prior to full public launch.
3. The CD set up page contains an option 'Unzip before burning' and includes the following instruction text: You can upload a single file with any extension, or you can upload a ZIP file (containing many files and subdirectories). If you check "Unzip file", we will unzip it after you upload, and write the expanded contents to your CD.
I have updated the Step-By-Step Tutorial to include this detail.

DVD
Is there any way to burn DVDs instead of CDs? I would like to sell a DVD with some tutorial videos but the videos take up more space than the standard 500mb limit.
Burning to DVDs
Good question.
The upload limit for files in the system is 500MB. If you need to upload a larger file than this you need to issue a request for clearance from our Vendor Support team.
In your request you should explain the reason for the size of the file, your business needs, and then the Vendor Support team will decide whether to allow such a file. Such files need to be manually uploaded to the system by Plimus. Clearance will be given on a specific case-by-case basis.
Burning to a DVD is supported but it will only be used when file size requires it and such file size has been approved by Plimus support.

Is CD on demand available for clients from all the countries?, if not, is there a list of the countries we can provide this service?
Available to all vendors and customers
The CD On Demand option is available to all vendors and customer except countries/destinations that fall under the US Embargo.
