Query about payout process

Hi,

I would like to know the details about Plimus's payout process.

I am a new vendor and joined on 16th, so i have not received any payout yet.

Plimus have mentioned that they payout on 15th of every month. Does it mean i get payout of all the accumulated sum till 14th of the month on 15th or do i get payout for last month on 15th?

Also, if i have received a payout on 2nd of this month, does it mean it'll be carried over to the next month's 15th for payout?

Also, what factors affects my payout amount? Do i get full payout (minus 10% plimus charge) on 15th or is the amount lower (hidden charges).

Payout to Sellers

Thanks for your question. Payout is on a calendar month basis, so all payments processed up to 31st January will normally be paid out on 15th February. After the month close we also take into account any refunds, bona fide deductions, Plimus commission fees, commission payable to affiliates, and commission payable to you from other Vendors, Vendor to Vendor Transfers, royalties etc. In addition refunds and chargebacks may also stand to be deducted.
Receipt of funds may take several days depending on the type of payment method selected in your account.
On top of this a proportion of payment may be heldback in relation to potential refund and chargeback liabilities, but you will be notified in writing if this in such case.
