Plimus not helpful enough

I made a tranaction online through plimus and immediately had misgivings as I was trying to download a Youtube downloader: as soon as Plimus accepted my card details I was told I'd bought a 'TV Satellite' dowmloader with free you tube downloader: Neither products works as i tried them both thinking that some combination of applications would work: truth is the item i wanted was free, was charged to buy unwanted item to get it: Its fraud plus niether Item worked: more fraud. My laptop broke, was offline a few days Plimus closed refund request after 'vendor' said re-download software which I explicitly said I didn't want. refund request closure has locked me out of pursuing refund request for that ticket number. I want my refund.

Seems you double posted here but just in case you are waiting for an answer I will repeat my reply here:
 
Hi there,

I understand your concern but please be aware Plimus does not support fraud. We act as a payment gateway for thousands of vendors marketing tens of thousands of different products. Just like your credit card company, we do not guarantee the quality of those products, but we will certainly act on your complaint.
Please let me have your original ticket number and I will have our Customer Service section recheck this. Normally the vendor would be given an opportunity to right your complaint but your are at liberty to pursue the matter further with Customer Service. Just open a new ticket and cite the original ticket number. Meantime I can run the check once you post the original number.
Please note that the product is only sold through the Plimus payment system by the vendor. This is not a product of Plimus itself.
