Plimus holds my funds without any notification

Hello. My vendor ID is 521250. My total sales is $6063 in november and this amount of money should be sent at 15th December and my total sales in December is $3400. So I have $9436 in my plimus account. Until 14th December everything was ok. I sent an email to plimus vendor support about my payment because I wondered how much money they will send me. I shocked when I saw their respond. They told me all of the funds will be hold by plimus. The reason is huge amount of refunds and/or chargebacks and my account may be negative. Actually I only have $450 refunds in december. There is no risk to go negative. Nobody sent me a notification email about this delay. I spent money to make this money. Advertised on google facebook etc. I need to pay my office rent, bills etc. Do you think is this acceptable? I think plimus will help me about that. I am a vendor of plimus since may 2009. I have been using plimus service for 8 months. Plimus never hold whole funds before. I hope they made a mistake. I hope. Thank you.
