I made a transaction online through plimus and immediately had misgivings as I was trying to download a Youtube downloader: as soon as Plimus accepted my card details I was told I'd bought a 'TV Satellite' downloader with free you tube downloader: Neither products works as i tried them both thinking that some combination of applications would work: truth is the item i wanted was free, was charged to buy unwanted item to get it: Its fraud plus niether Item worked: more fraud. My laptop broke, was offline a few days Plimus closed refund request after 'vendor' said re-download software which I explicitly said I didn't want. refund request closure has locked me out of pursuing refund request for that ticket number. I want my refund.
