is it possible to use plimus paypal checkout only on my checkout page whereby the customers goes to plimus paypal checkout page only, where customer can either use their credit car to pay or use paypal?

From your main page on your Plimus control panel select "Shopper Experience -> Optional BuyNow Settings", then in the "Methods of payment settings" section deselect all but Paypal.

Sandrila's suggestion is best, but FWIW you can also do this using command-line params after your BuyNow URL, such as adding the following to dictate which options will appear in the pulldown list:
&paymentCC=Y&paymentMail=N&paymentFax=N&paymentWire=N&paymentPhone=Y&paymentPO=N&paymentPayPal=N... etc.
This is just an example of setting a bunch of options as visible or hidden as part of the buynow URL. More options you can set on the command line are listed here:

i tried it but plimus page still apears as checkout, i want just paypal checkout to display when buyer clicks on buy now button
Why not use Paypal by itself
Why not use Paypal by itself and lose all the advantages of using Plimus? Many customers may not want to use Paypal.
