notification email question

Hi, I'm working on creating a mod for WHMCS and do have it working, the options you all provide are great!!
I would also like for a trouble ticket to open when a client makes a payment - I have email piping set up through WHMCS
SOOO, what I need to do is, when a new invoice is paid, all I need is for a email to be sent from the client's email address to my notification email.
I have found several ways to create custom emails, but cannot find a way to do this, can someone tell me if this can be done?

When an order is completed, a sales notification with the transaction details is sent to the email you have defined in the "Sales email address" field in the "settings" section of your account.

In regards to the custom emails query, please elaborate so we may assist you further in this matter.

The way WHMCS's email piping is set up, if a email is sent to a special address I have set up, say notify_sales@mysite.com, it will open a trouble ticket - as long as the email address is in the system.
ie. John Doe would like to open a support ticket, the email address he has on file is
john@hissite.com
he sends a email to notify_sales@mysite.com & WHMCS will automatically convert that to a ticket
(for anyone who has used HostGator, that's how they have their system set up, you make a payment it opens a trouble ticket automatically)

Is there a option in Plimus that allows me to do this, so far, I have only found ways to send notification to the client , and notification to me, but it comes from Plimus - it needs to be sent from the clients email.

The reason i need this is because I haven't been able to get the callback file to work (yet), so I need to be notified so I can credit the clients account. I did have a client open a new account yesterday & he choose Plimus, I have yet to be notified of that sale through Plimus yet - but since I was working on the gateway mod, I happened to see it - and with a new customer, I want him/her to think I am on the ball & get his new account set up fast (I do have a note that tells clients Plimus payments are not instant, but since PayPal does not accept some payment from some countries, Plimus is helping me make more money!!)

I have managed to get this to work, but I had to create my own script, I used php send mail and I wanted to offer this mod to the WHMCS community, mainly to gain pageranking through my signature - LOL...which brings me to another question - can I list my sites here??? please!!!
