PayPal have advised us that they are experiencing problems with their Direct Payment API. These problems are impacting PayPal clients across the globe, including Plimus. The information we have currently is incomplete, however what we know for sure is that (1) this problem affects only a small percentage of all transactions; and that (2) the PayPal team is continuing to investigate the problem.
