No email sent cant log into my Vendor account

Dear sir or madam,

my ticket number is 2010020410006197,

After reading allot of blogs and sites in regards to this matter it seems that plimus will not release any funds or even reply back to you, therefore i thought i would investigate it my self and get help from the plimus team within this plimus forum before going upon things in other ways or switching to another company. from what Ive read some people never got there payments at all, but there is always a reason for that, and there is always two sides to a story.

Im not going to insert links of where i have seen this nor will i create websites blogs and articles to this matter. As i have not made a judgment yet.

I have got of the phone with Plimus in Israel, I spoke to a few people who advised me on how to go upon things if i was to still obtain my plimus account.
We spoke for over an hour and found out my account was suspended. At first i thought what was the reason for this i could not log in at all, and i was not notified by anybody from
Plimus not even a email. and i did check my SPAM section.

I realize that im not doing things right according to plimus and would like to be notified how i can make things right. I realize i have funds in my account to the amount of $2400 and would like to know what is the status of that. Plimus Israel notified me it would take up to 1 week or even 3months.

ive just got to developed new site in dreamveaver and hoping to upload all my sites that are legit and use plimus as my merchant as i am very impressed with the plimus service. i'm a new to the internet website industry i want to get my own email address such as admin@mysite.com and suppport@mysite.com, I also realize that you dont have to sell any products but you can also be a affiliate and sell products for other vendors.

I just realized how big a opportunity there is on the internet and with plimus and dont want to jeopardize right now i deeply ask you if you can help continue with your service and if i have done anything wrong my deepest apology. Dont get me wrong you can always open up another account under a different i.p but i have no intention of doing that as i want to play the right card and keep learning in this industry as i think this the way the future is heading.

As mentioned to me from the support in Israel im willing to work out what needs to be done, also where do i stand and what should i expect.

To get to the point i need to know if i'm going to be using plimus as my merchant , How long do they hold payments and is true that they can never release you money.

Aswell my Plimus Payooner Mastecard do i keep it or what happens with it.

PS: plimus should put the USER AGREEMENT more visible at the plimus.com page so individuals know what is required by law and agreements.
