New Password not emailed?

Hello,

I signed up as a vendor and my password has expired for my account.

I went thru the process to obtain a new temporary password, but the 'forgot password' page isn't recognizing my name or email.

I still receive payment emails, with both my username and email that I type in to get a new password, but the page says they are invalid.

I'm not finding any support besides the 'log in to your account and click support' option, which is useless if you can't log in.

How do I contact plimus about my login problems?

Hi there,

Please check that the notification menu did not get moved to your spam box. Do you have any past record of your vendor/affiliate ID number. If so then just email your details and your problem to vendors@plimus.com and this will reach our Vendor Support Team.

If this advice does not help you please send me a personal message and I will suggest alternative solutions.
