When a subscription customer swtiches contracts, I get the following message:

The problem is that we could have one customer with a dozen subscriptions for our service. We need to know the original contract reference # to reference which contract they changed. I tried to use the Transaction ID from the notification on the Order Locator page, but it's not a "reference #" so it can't locate the order.
We really need to have more information such as the specific contract's original reference # in order to know precisely which contract was changed.
