I'm also looking for the page on our admin panel where we can specify the url for a custom license code generator. The only page I've found related to license codes is the page where you can enter you own list of pre-generated codes for Plimus to release.

From the overview page:
- select your product
- select contract
- select "license keys" from the top menu
- change method to "custom http request"

That will also show you the parameters available.
