We're looking for recommendations on where to find or purchase templates for the following items:

1. Software license agreement (EULA)
2. Affiliate partner agreement
3. Basic reseller partner agreement
4. Value-added reseller (VAR) partner agreement
5. Yearly software support and maintenance agreements
6. Service level agreements (SLA's) for software products
The reason I listed affiliate, basic reseller, and value-added resellers as separate agreements is that we will offer different commissions based on a partner's contribution to selling and supporting our software.
