Hi there i'm shafiz from malaysia. first i want to say sorry because my english is not good enough and sometime broken.

I have problem here.
I have 1 item that plimus did not accept my payment.
ORDER REFERENCE # 49706892 from 11/15/2009 16:10
Ticket#2009111510016678

At first i did not know that plimus will verify my order with my phone number. My phone number is currently not available.

I have passed your comment on to our Customer Support team who should be in touch with you later today. From what you have written it looks like they are trying to contact the vendor to sort your problem out already. So it might just be a matter of time to resolve.

Can u please show me which part of plimus site telling about 'how to verify' when buyer is from non-US or asian countries.
Do they need to pickup call from Plimus?
How do they give their phone number,
only with country code eg: 601234567890 or must attach 011 + country code eg: 011601234567890 ?

The customer can enter their telephone number in the order with or without the international calling code as long as they include the city code or cell phone provider number.
