Not a single reply? I find that amazing. So am I to believe that no-one here has any problems with chargebacks?

I've never had any problems, just one chargeback I think in almost 2 years. I suppose my products aren't those likely to be targeted by fraudsters, I don't know what your "digital products" are and how likely they are to be targeted. I even allow free email addresses to be used, never been a problem. There has been the occasional few lines in the buy-now monitor page where you see the "credit-card refused" or whatever the text is, it's usually a customer mistake though and they either get the number correct or try a different card, usually successfully.
What do you sell? Is it likely to atract chargebacks?

This is a constant challenge with online fraud on the rise each day. Plimus has enabled millions of online transactions each year and the incidence of successful fraud to date is extremely low.
We routinely screen transactions but sometimes vendors feel that this can cause delays and cancellations if an order has to be manually reviewed.

Chargeback rates are closely related to the type of product being sold, the extent to which products live up to their marketing promise, and the extent to which a vendor adopts reasonable consumer-centric refund policies.
