I have a question. Right now I use PayPal to take payments for some of my services.

I am wondering, if I could do the same with Plimus (not just buynow buttons, but shopping cart with add to cart buttons).

Also, what is the refund policy? How many days from transaction can buyer still open a refund request?

The last question is, how can you disable VAT? I have registered business (similar to LLC) and I don't have charge VAT as my earnings don't exceed 25k eur/year. But I do have to pay taxes on profit.

I was wondering, if Plimus can disable VAT for me, as I don't have to charge it (at least not in my country).

VAT

The charging of VAT is based on the IP/billing address location of the customer, and not the tax status of the product supplier.

Plimus as 'merchant of record' is obliged to charge VAT and to account for its payment over to the relevant tax authority, and so you do not need to concern yourself with this as Plimus takes responsibility for this aspect of the transaction. It is not an element that you can disable but you might want to bear it in mind in terms of pricing for EU-based customers.

If you require you can elect to bear the VAT in which case the VAT element will be deducted by Plimus from your sales proceeds and pass on to the relevant VAT authority.
