My vendor ID: #614232
My February and March months payment has been put on hold due to a small single charge back. My business is going sink in the river, nothing I can do to save this. I do not have money to pay to my employees, do not have funds to do any marketing, by blood pressure is running up due to this issue, I am on medications. This is one my big mistake of my life I used Plimus as my payment processor. From the last three months I am waiting for my money but no payment received. Why you are puting my non chargedback money on hold.

Firstly you take 1 whole month to make payment of each month and supposedly you're suppose to have the money with you already. I wonder why would you put my non chargedback money on hold. When I mailed them, They replied incase we get a chargeback. I want my money very urgently, plz understand my concern, I am really in very need of the money. Please make my payment. This way no company will rely on your service. Please fix this and help the sellers work faithfully and properly.

Still no solution of my problem

Hello Derek,

Still I have not received any email from your vendor support team. Plz talk to them and release my payment. You can hold my March month payment but please at least release my full February month payment, so at least I can pay the salaries to my employees.

I sent you an email yesterday (Tuesday, April 13, 2010 11:42 AM) regarding your request with very detailed explanation what Plimus was forced to hold your funds, and you responded to me the following day - so things are been taken care of.
Your request and the the urgency of it are understood and we are doing all we can to expedite the solution until it will be resolved to your satisfaction.
