fake customer payments transactions

i got some transactions confirmation by email that a customer has purchased item, but in my plimus transaction panel it is not there, pls advise why this so called ghost payments happen

Plimus is often slows with approval of orders (Very sad).
Maybe it's an order which was made several days ago and just now approved.
Check the history of sales for the last week
