Download Problem- Please Help!

I recently joined Plimus as a vendor. I placed a test order through my own buy now page just to see if all emails were configured and sent out correctly and to see if there were any billing issues, etc... Everything seemed fine until I went to download my product. The link in the order email did not work. I got some message about the page being unavailable or there was system maintenance. I tried downloading my product using the download buttons provided by the support page. They also did not work! I reset the download about 3 times now which changed nothing. I have been in contact with Plimus support through email and all they seem to want to do is reset the download. Support has been somewhat slow too but this is understandable. I am very frustrated with the lack of support on such a matter.

I just want to know what is going on and if anybody else had this same problem. This is the very first order on my account and there is already a problem. As far as everything else though, I am pleased so far. If anyone has any helpful input I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Yes, this is exactly what I did. The first couple replies didn't produce any results but they did fix the problem after about 5 days. I don't know what happened but I'm just happy it's fixed now and everything is working properly. I just hope it stays this way. I really like Plimus. Thanks

I have exactly the same

I have exactly the same problem! Download in email does not work and clicking on Order information link that clients receive returns teh following error:

There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach, this may be due to scheduled maintenance, please try again later or contact Plimus support at support@plimus.com (please mentioned the URL you are trying to reach).

So now I have people emailing me all mad they can't download due to problems on our side.

i have already contacted support, but they gave me some generic reply that is not true. I have sent them reply and hoping to have this resolved.
