Here is a congratulation to Plimus for starting an online community. This is a good idea. Although there are other forums and blogs out there for micro-ISVs like myself, I feel that I do share something in common with other micro-ISVs that use Plimus.
This new Plimus community inniative demonstrates that Plimus is confident about its service and its future to risk that community discussions will sometimes reveal the inevitable flaws in its service. It's impossible to provide a service that is perfectly tuned for the needs of every vendor and end-customer. A forum like this gives vendors an opportunity to lobby for what they want, while other vendors might say, "No, please leave it like it is," and the resolution might be an option to do whatever.
Good luck, Plimus!
Cheers
