It seems that the commission settings of "upto XX%" are more suitable for people offering products for sale.

For people looking for products for sale, shouldn't it be "at least XX%". Ie. if I'm looking for products to sell, I will be happy to sell products with a higher than expected commission, but I'm unlikely to accept ones with a commission below a specific threshold.
