To check your settings for payment methods please go to Settings, then in the Account Settings box click the link that says 'Additional BuyNow configurations are available here.' This will bring you to a dialog area which includes an section headed 'Methods of Payment Settings.'
You can choose the items you wish to show. Please note these fields are geographically optimized to relate to the customers location and currency. So if you are buying from the UK you might see different payment choices than if you change pull down menus to show USA and dollars.
Currently direct debit is not a default payment method as some vendors were experiencing high levels of late chargebacks from some of these methods. For more information or specific advise for your case please contact Vendor Support and they'll be able to assist further.
