Can corporate customers create a Plimus customer account to track their orders?

Can corporate customers create a Plimus customer account to track their orders with our specific company?

We are looking for a way for our corporate customers to be able to login to a customer specific account and see a history of all the purchases they've made with our firm through Plimus.

By purchases I mean:
- active subscriptions
- number of licenses purchased and issued license codes

Is this possible?

Customer accounts

Hi Malcolm,

In order to achieve the required result, you need to go to the "settings" section of your account, click on the "here" link from the "Additional BuyNow configurations are available here" text passage and then check the "Capture login information" checkbox.

Additionally, you need to make sure that the "Capture login information" dropdown menu in the "general" section of your contract-id(s) is set to "Default", and also add the and tags to the email template in the "order email" section of the contract-id(s).

Once you've done this, customers can purchase and create a Plimus customer account when they make the 1st transaction through your Plimus order pages.

Existing customers can purchases using their existing accounts, associating all future transactions to the same customer account.

The customers can login to their Plimus customer account at - https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
