Basic fraud prevention

It is clear that Plimus lacks even the most basic form of fraud prevention.

If an order is refunded due to fraud, and the same criminal places a second order using the same IP address, obviously the second order should be rejected. Or it should at least require authorization from the vendor.

This just happened to me, and I'm pissed because now I have to pay Plimus a commission. Hmmm...maybe this is why Plimus cares nothing for fraud prevention.

Plimus Assistance

Hi Greg,
Plimus takes fraud prevention very seriously and we have made significant investments in terms of both software and staffing to provide a robust solution to this growing problem.
If you have a genuine cause for concern then please raise it with our Vendor Support team giving full details so that they can check your specific complaint and address your grievance. If commission has been inappropriately charged through a failing on our side then you have a pretty good reason for us to refund you.

Thanks,

Derek, Plimus
