Wondering if any of you are selling hard copy user manuals and/or CD's via Plimus? (Yes, I know Plimus has custom CD's but there's too much Plimus branding on these CD's for our taste).

If so, what print-on-demand vendor are you using and have you found a way to integrate Plimus and your print vendor so a customer can order both software and printed documentation on the same Plimus order?

Right now, if customers want to purchase hard copy documentation, we either have to collect fees from them via Pliums and then manually order the manuals from our print vendors on their behalf (slow, error prone, and expensive) or we have to have our customers make 2 separate purchases from 2 separate vendors.

We're hoping that there's a better way :)

BTW: We're using Lulu.com and CafePress.com for our print-on-demand user manuals and CD's.
