I understand this forum is not for asking for support, but its my last resort to contact plimus.
I already sent many tickets and left many messages in their phone.
There is $5000 not arrived by ACH, I do not know if payment is bounced back or what! .. I'm using Plimus since 2 years and never had a problem .. but now when I have problem looks like its IMPOSSIBLE to get HUMAN voice.
I really wonder why no one replying me after TEN days of asking for help!!!!
$5000 payment sent in April 15, today its April 28, no payment and no reply from plimus? do you know any phone number to contact VENDOR support?
