Unethical practices? Beware SemiAutoForex

I purchased a product from a Plimus vendor and I've found that the software doesn't work as described in their marketing material. They explicitly state that they don't do refunds on their site. I'm amazed that Plimus supports such practices for software which doesn't perform as described and that they allow vendors to omit vital details in their marketing material.

The company behind the product is HL Direct Marketing and they have been responsible for numerous other scams online.

They've previously used Clickbank but at least click bank honors their refunds for software which doesn't perform as described.

I know I'm not the only unsatisfied customer

and

both list other users who've been scammed by this company represented by Plimus.

Would just like to warn others of the scam

Looking at

Looking at http://www.semiautoforex.com/ it's so obviously a scam, even the owners of the domain name are hidden. How do people get caught by these things? Do Plimus really take payments for them?
